Oh thank god!

They did the surgery on his left femur on Friday, found no signs of Cancer...HURRAY!!!

Now onto the rest of the news. Turns out the infection is really bad, like he needs at least 1 if not 2 more surgeries to clean it out bad.

Then he needs to finish/continue 2-3 months of his IV antibiotics, and once the infection goes away he has to have a skin graft on the right ankle, and a bone graft on the left femur.

During all of this he will be in a brace from lower waist to lower leg. He will be totally disabled for at least 6 months, at which point with extensive physical therapy barring any complications we hope he will regain mobility in one year.

hows that for a doozey
